Our Toffee was inspired by Kristin's mom’s famous toffee recipe and a 60-year family tradition of tapping maple trees for syrup. For this treat, we swapped almonds for nutty cocoa nibs and our MN Maple Toffee was born! We start by making our toffee with local maple syrup and then top it with our bean-to-bar, single origin chocolate.
